Whats really goin on'!!
A few stormy waves to be had on sunday with the below shot showing an indecisive Gary miller venturing into some solid 4-5ft walls at The Glen. Gary surviving a couple of long walls before getting neck slapped on what was to be his last wave in !!!
Jackson gregory and young Jimmy McKay tried there luck also with Jacko nabbing a couple whilst Jimmy decided to use his fist as cheese and grate them down the rocks whilst his board copped a dealing to!!

The ever faithful Snappers crew waited it out until monday reaping the rewards with some medium fun type waves until the westerly ripped into it...

More Waves and Mini Shoulda gone to Spec Savers
So some more waves tuesday and wednesday with a sneaky crew getting some super slick fun ones on tuesday
somehow managing to luck the wind or therefore lack of it at a particular spot whilst the rest of Nelsons waves were
deemed rather average and tuesday morning pumped with Bill Evans dusting off the camera and we eagerly await the results.
A mass exodus of punters at 830am proving theres still time to sneak a few in before work as one good wave is better than none!!!
Local surfer and nice guy Jamie "Mini" Sumner lost his glasses this day at Snappers and would dearly hope that someone has found and can contact us and get am back to him as these things arent cheap and it sucks when you cant see anything im sure. Any help much appreciated. Thats all and we eagerly await the photos.

Finally! Autumn leaves Waves!
Finally we have snapped out of the amoeba chain-linked high pressure run and slipped into some good old fashioned surf-city action.
Tuesday saw the swell start to pulse with some desperado grovelling going down and by 6:45am wednesday morning there were three people in the lineup at Snappers in literal pitch black darkness with only the faint glow of the super-moon and city lights to guide them.
The morning cranked with consistent pulsing 3-4ft waves and occasional bigger set and everyone was getting amongst it.
The swell subsided in the afternoon and the crew wound down with some grovelly 1-2ft playful waves.
Special mention must go to Richie Barry witnessed solo surfing at The Glen in some punchy slabbing tubes....
Thats about it for now and see you next swell, which is not too far away!!!
yeeewww!!
